Terms and Conditions for Tide Isles Laundry

Welcome to Tide Isles Laundry. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our online platform, services, and any orders placed with Tide Isles Laundry. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. Services Offered

Tide Isles Laundry provides a range of premium laundry and dry cleaning services, including:

2. Order Placement and Acceptance

You can place an order for our services through our online platform. By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Tide Isles Laundry. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation via electronic communication detailing your requested services and an estimated service schedule. This confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order, but merely confirms receipt of your request.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are listed on our online platform. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment for services must be made in full upon delivery or pick-up, or as otherwise agreed upon during the booking process. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our online platform. All payments are processed securely.

4. Garment Care and Responsibility

While we take utmost care with all items entrusted to us, Tide Isles Laundry is not responsible for any damage to garments that occurs due to inherent issues such as weaknesses, defects in fabric, or issues arising from manufacturer defects, faulty embellishments, or non-washable material. We follow care labels on garments and will exercise reasonable care in processing items.

We are not responsible for items left in garments (e.g., pens, money, jewelry). Please ensure all pockets are empty before submitting your items for service.

In the unlikely event of damage or loss, our liability is limited to current industry standards and will not exceed ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the item, not to exceed S$200 per item. Claims for damage or loss must be made within 48 hours of item delivery or pick-up.

5. Pick-up and Delivery

We offer pick-up and delivery services within specified areas. You are responsible for ensuring that items are ready for collection at the agreed time and that someone is available to receive delivered items.

If you are unavailable for a scheduled pick-up or delivery, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee. Items not collected within 30 days of notification will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of without liability to Tide Isles Laundry.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule a service order by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Tide Isles Laundry. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your cleaned items to discuss your concerns.

7. User Conduct

By using our online platform and services, you agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
• Interfere with or circumvent the security features of our online platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tide Isles Laundry or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You expressively agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.

In no case shall Tide Isles Laundry, our directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Tide Isles Laundry and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our online platform.
